Welcome to the VizioSense Installation Guide. This document is designed to help you successfully set up and configure your VizioSense hardware. Whether you're a technician or an end-user, this guide will walk you through each step, from unpacking your kit to final configuration.

- Technicians responsible for hardware installation.
- End-users setting up their own VizioSense kit.
Pre-requisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
- Screwdriver – For mounting or inserting the SIM card, and for the assembly intended for pole mounting.
- Ethernet cable – For SIM card configuration or Ethernet setup.
- External power source – Access to a power supply for the kit.
- Basic network knowledge – For SIM card and Ethernet setup.
Step-by-Step Guides

- Start by reviewing the Power Configuration guide.
- Proceed with the Connectivity Setup.
- Finalize your setup by referring to the Physical Installation Manual.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Routine Maintenance
- Check Connections: Ensure that all power and data connections are secure, and inspect for signs of wear or damage.
- Network Health: Regularly verify the network connection status to ensure the device is operating optimally.
- Clean Lenses: Clean camera lenses periodically to maintain a clear video feed.
Common Issues & Solutions
- No Power: Double-check that the power cable is securely connected and that the external power source is turned on.
- Network Connection Issues: Ensure that the SIM card is properly inserted and recognized, or verify that the Ethernet/PoE+ connection is secure and functioning. For 4G users, please check that the antennas are properly connected.
